How the From / To boxes work

* — anything

call — the SLD itself

*.call — every line under .call

ravi.call — that one line only

So *.call → *.aibox is SLD to SLD, ravi.call → *.aibox is one line to an SLD, and ravi.call → sita.aibox is line to line. When two rules match, the more specific one wins.

Your automations

Each automation that fires sends a message and counts against your aibox plan, exactly like one you typed. Capped at 200 per rule per day. An automated message never triggers another automation, so two rules can't loop.
